At $1 billion plus in expected gross sales, Ivana Las Vegas will be the most expensive residential building ever sold.

Ivana Las Vegas, soon to be Las Vegas' tallest luxury residential building, last week signed more than 1,500 accredited west coast real estate agents to sell units in the building.

At 80 levels, 923 feet, 945 units and completion set for the end of 2008, Ivana Las Vegas is set to dominate the Las Vegas skyline. With an expected $1 billion plus in gross sales, Ivana Las Vegas will be the most expensive single residential building ever sold.

Pricing will start in the high $500,000's with the penthouse topping $35 million making it the most expensive penthouse ever sold on the west coast.

Ivana Trump along with Australian partner Victor Altomare have created the award winning luxury residential building and outfitted it with a slew of state-of-the art amenities including retina scanning entrances to penthouse level suites, 24 hour concierge service, a recording studio, custom designed media rooms in each suite and unobstructed scenic views of Las Vegas from every room in the suite to name just a few.

"Las Vegas is one of the most lucrative real estate markets in the country today," says Luke Chadwick, Director of Sales, Ivana Las Vegas. With the strength, integrity and business acumen of Ivana Trump coupled with this groundbreaking project which boasts an award winning design, the Ivana Las Vegas is a smart investment," he said.

"One of the building's best features are its breathtaking views of Las Vegas from nearly every suite," says Victor Altomare, CEO Sahara Condominiums, LLC and partner Ivana Las Vegas. "The Ivana Las Vegas' 80th level penthouse will be at eye-level of the famed Stratosphere observation deck. Visitors currently pay $9 each to enjoy the breathtaking view of Las Vegas from that height. At Ivana Las Vegas the views are free," he concluded.

On August 14, 2005, buyers will get the opportunity to own an Ivana Las Vegas condominium
