The five one-hour episodes will pre-empt regularly scheduled programs WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE, WEAKEST LINK, GREED and EXTREME DODGEBALL for this night only.

Hosted by Matt Vasgersian, CELEBRITY BLACKJACK features 40 stars playing against each other and expert blackjack player and dealer "Hollywood Dave" Stan in tournament-style blackjack for a total pool of one million dollars for charity.

Celebrities featured in the CELEBRITY BLACKJACK marathon include Jason Alexander, Lance Bass, Shannon Elizabeth, Cheryl Hines, Ricki Lake, Camryn Manheim, Chynna Phillips, Jeff Probst, Eric Roberts and Kelli Williams, among others.

Viewers will have the opportunity throughout the marathon to compete with the stars by playing their own hand of blackjack against the on-air dealer and answering side bet and bonus questions.
